The staff at small world are great. I waited for my order which didn't arrive via royal mail so as soon as I contacted the company they set to getting me a replacement. It was sent the next working day and with me the day after. They even 24hr sent it to me. They were very helpful along the way and the beanbag is so soft. Baby loves it
